We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible.
 

Cancellations by Participants
 

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of a class or workshop will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another person or apply the payment to a future session (subject to availability).

Low Enrollment

• If a class or workshop is less than 50% booked, we reserve the right to reschedule the session.

• In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule, receive a full refund, or apply your payment as credit toward a future event.
